Default Cumulative Cost of summary task up to a certain date

Hi

I have several summary tasks in my plan. I want to generate a report that will show me the cumulative cost by summary task up to a certain date let say 27th Feb 2021.

I need a report showing the total cumulative cost at each summary level up to the date specified above.

Can anyone help in showing me the best and easiest way to generate this report using MS Project.
