The data in the two documents differ. For example:
• Test 365 uses 23.44cm preferred width for the table but Test 2007 uses 15cm;
• Test 365 contains a 'Black Knight' logo but Test 2007 does not;
• Test 365 uses a 10.5pt font for 'Subject Property Location' but Test 2007 uses 6.5pt;
• Test 365 uses a 9pt font for 'Property Address' but Test 2007 uses 6pt.
Both use brute-force formatting to override Word's 'Normal' Style.

An examination of your html file's content shows these parameters are in your data.
