Traditional headers in Word are what are called running headers. They apply to a section of a document consisting of more than one page.
A
StyleRef Field can be used in such a header to change the content of the header depending on the content of the page so it can seem like it is a different header. For Word, it is the same header, though.
Are you asking about inserting a table in a header? You can.
I think what you want is the ordinary header using the
StyleRef Field.
