Outlook Application blocks after adding an outlook.com Mailaccount

I don't know what to do anymore. I recently have the problem that my Outlook application (Outlook 365) blocks after I add an outlook.com mail account. Blocked means that not only the synchronization with the outlook.com account fails, but also all other existing mail accounts. As soon as I delete the outlook.com account in Outlook again, the other accounts works fine. Does anyone have an idea where the problem might lie?
