Adding content after Endnotes is tricky and not intuitive. I will leave that for another day.


Go into the section after the one that will hold your endnotes. Go into each header and footer in that section (3 of each) and make sure they are not linked to previous.
Then go into the section that will hold your endnotes and do the same.
Then delete the content in each header and each footer in the section that will hold your Endnotes.
