The command-line switch simply uses the named template as the base for the new document -- the attached template.

The normal template is still loaded and the Normal project is still present in the vb Editor. The only way I know of to not load the existing Normal template is with a /a or /safe switch, in which case, there is still a Normal project loaded.


At least, if we are talking about the /t switch.
