Hello Peter,
I gave the link to my wife who is having the problem and her reply is:
My outlook keeps on defaulting to where I cannot type, it is in document map style will not change as a default to normal,,,, what a pain in the as_ just to get rid of paragraph probelms.
I have a new message...DO YOU SEE the HOHI below this is what is now coming up in all my messages now ..It will not go away.
