When Word is opened and I want to print an envelope, I click on envelope and then select outlook profile (has about 500 names, addresses, emails, etc.)

When I select a name and click OK...........I get an error that word is not working and Microsoft is trying to solve the problem. It runs for about 1 minute and then word shuts down. The only way I can get addresses for the envelope is to type them in Word and they automatically put in the envelope window when opened.

Any help how to correct this error or re-build Word/Outlook (not sure where the error lies). They each work properly when run separately.

Running Win 7 Home Premium and Word/Outlook 2010.
