Yes, you can search for an email address, select all of the messages, and then move them en masse. You won't need to delete them from the Inbox, as moving the messages removes them from the starting folder and places them in the target folder.



Hint: in the Outlook search box, type "from:abc@xyz.com" to restrict the search to messages from the specified email address.
