Thanks, Charles. I did accidentally discover the file's location by trying this same thing. What I want to know now is, Why didn't the search box in File Explorer (Windows 10) find it when I searched for with name:start of file name? That works in other directories. The temp Internet files are still files and they are on my computer. That doesn't make much sense to me. Also, why wasn't the file in the Quick Access list? It's as though Windows wants to pretend that temp Internet files don't exist. Strange behavior. When I was able to open the file, I was able to save it to some place I wanted. Thanks for the advice.
