Thank you for your responses. There isn 't any code associated with the dotm file (not sure why it was made a dotm and not dotx). I've checked the code in our general add-ins and although there are references to "AttachedTemplate =", they are associated with specific templates (not this one) and wouldn't effect it. I'm wondering if it might have to do with working remotely. Today I can't seem to reproduce the problem :/
