In Outlook 2000 I have several folders that all get dozens of emails daily. I generally start by opening the last email in any folder and proceed through the list using the “Previous Item” button. Suddenly now when click “Previous Item” the email will appear for just a split second and then go to back to the list of all the emails in that folder. I can see that the email that flashed is no longer in bold print. This only happens in some of the folders. Also, I transfer and use my PST file on three different computers (all using office 2000) and this problem is only happening on 2 of the 3 machines. Also it seems that this will usually not be a problem if I am going from emails that have previously been opened but as soon as I hit one that has not been read it will.
