Default Add custom field to print style

Hi there

This is my situation:

In my Outlook inbox I receive customer orders every day. In order to track and trace a printed order, I would like to add a barcode when printing the email.

The way I was hoping to do it, is as follows:
  1. I select a bunch of emails and hit the print button
  2. There is a Print Style defined, which adds some code like this to the footer (in a barcode font):

    *[Date][Incremental number]*
Now, when changing the Print Style, I found out how to add the date. But how do I add an incremental number?

Or if this isn't possible, any of the following alternatives:
  • A random number
  • A number from an excel file
  • Anything else that makes each printed code unique when printing several emails at the same time.
Thank you!
