Default How to assign specific work hours?

Hello,

Due to Covid, I have a project where my client is only allowing 6 workers in an area during a plant shut-down. The project is scheduled to run 18 hours a day for 4 days... but those 18 hours are not specific work hours. The 18 hours starts at different times each day.

A little hard to explain, but what I need to do is assign work hours to each trade, but task specific. By example, starting on Monday, I'll need contractor A to work from 8am to 11am alongside of contractor B. But B will work from 8am to 10am, then C comes in from 10am till 1pm. Then A comes back in with D. Throw into the mix that all contractors are off-site from 1am Tuesday morning until 10am and will be on-site for another 18 hours... so till 4am. Work hours are also different for Wednesday and Thursday.

I started doing simple predecessors, but it just didn't work out. Too messy. So, ideally, I would like to tell Project that contractor A is working from 7 to 11 on Monday. Contractor B is 8 to 10, and not link any tasks. I thought I would be able to do this in the information window, but I don't see it. For such a small project, I really don't need to link trades & predecessors.

Can anyone help me out with this?

Thanks!!!
