page numbering not working - predefined formats also missing
Using WIN 10 Pro OS; Office 365 ProPlus ver 2002 build 12527.21104. Checked for updates and I'm current. In a document I click Insert tab > Page Number drop down > Top of Page (for example) - and no predefined pagination formats exist! Sub menu "More Page Numbers from Office.com" appears. Hover on this and "No Online Content Exists" appears. End of story. I've got to believe there is a setting under Options I cannot locate. I need someone else's eyes to wake me up. Your help appreciated!
