I almost believe you when you say this is the actual file but if that is case I wonder why you couldn't supply it in the first place - there is no proprietary information there that you might need to hide.

Although it isn't exclusively your fault, I've had other instances here recently where solutions provided match 'sample' docs but have to be redone once the poster tests with real docs. This is pointless and serves no purpose other than annoying those who give their time here for free to help people. Your first sample was really nothing like the second doc. Perhaps as you learn how to do this yourself, you will realise the importance of providing realistic requirements.

Feel free to post back with your genuine attempts to code this - I'm happy to help you learn but I'm not going to do your work for you in the absence of effort on your side.
