New Emails Not Appearing Immediately
My client is having a problem with emails not appearing in the main inbox as they are delivered.
A pop-up notification appears in the bottom right side of the display to know an email has arrived.
Outlook is open and the main inbox is open, but the email isn't visible.
I click another inbox and then click back to the main inbox again, then the new emails appear in the main inbox.
Why can't I see the email as soon as it is delivered and have to jump to another inbox and jump back in order to see it?
