Since having moved house Outlook has asked for a password to an outlook email address that I set up but have never used.I cannot gain access to the outlook program without the password. When I try to reset the password Microsoft tell me that I haven't given them sufficient information to pass security so cannot assist. Is there a way I can log on to one of my other email accounts within Outlook? the main problem is not being able to get to my contacts.
