user variables
In my usual DITA environment, I define variables for information such as product name and then reference the variable in the content – so if management decide to change the name from Impala to Antelope, for example, I only have to update the definition of the variable.
Helping a colleague out with some Word files, I'm wondering how we can do the same sort of thing in Word 2013? I looked at document properties: they help with consistency when you're typing information in, but I couldn't seem how to get the "change once, update everywhere" possibility.
