The company im currently working for is on a Microsoft Exchange 2007 platform. We have both PC and MAC users running either Outlook 2003,2007,2010 for PC and Entourage EWS or Outlook 2011 for Macintosh.

Calenders do synchronize to both PC and Mac clients.
