The margins are whatever the default is which n this case is 1 inch top, bottom, left and right.
However, i have found some info that may help.
On the top page the paragraph marks are on the side and on the second page and any other page.
I think this may be the issue. Maybe if I could move the marks on the first page and put them in the same position as on the second page then the fist page would have real header.
I will try it.
