I am working in a document with a coworker. I can refresh the TOC, and it updates just as it should. Unfortunately, when she refreshes the TOC, the page numbers disappear. She has verified that "Show page numbers" is checked. We have also verified the tab stops are correct. Everything appears to be in order. The TOC was working for her at one point, then during a refresh, this began happening. Anyone ever had this problem? I would welcome your suggestions on how to fix.
