Hi Crickent,

To retain formatting when pasting:

1. Copy the desired content to the clipboard
2. Select the Home tab in the Ribbon
3. Click the little down arrow under the clipboard icon, and choose the option to keep the source formatting (the one with the little paintbrush--see attached pic). You can also just paste your content and, at the bottom of the pasted content, you will see a little bar with the same special-paste options.

The out put still might not be perfect but should be much closer. You can change your page orientation to landscape and narrow the margins in some cases to get a closer format. Some formats simply aren't going to paste well (e.g., the main page of a magazine-style news site will likely print row by row rather than in a gridded format).
