Hi there, I'm trying to print a word .docx file, but the actual result is somehow different no matter what I try compared to the Print Layout and print preview. It looks like as if suddenly a header and a footer would be added to the print, but I've checked multiple times and this document contains none of that. It also adds like a 1 px white border to the right margin. I've tried tweaking page sizes, different printers, margins and so on... I'm completly lost at this point.
Had to .zip the .docx cause it's size is 1.3MB and the site doesn't allow such sizes to be uploaded for these file types. Added screenshots of how it looks on each step too, but here's also an imgur gallery link if you prefer that:

I'm slowly going insane with how annoying this issue is, so I'm hoping someone here could enlighten me what the hell is wrong here.
