There isn't a simple solution that I know of.

Probably the easiest way is to extract all the headings by creating a simple TOC and then copying that into Powerpoint's outline view
Create the TOC without page numbers by inserting a field with the code
{TOC \o "1-2" \n}

Now the problem with this is when you copy and paste to Powerpoint's outline view, each of the paragraph marks doesn't produce another slide, it just produces a line break. So you could copy the TOC text into a blank Word document and convert all to Heading 1 and then use the Send to Microsoft Powerpoint function. If you wanted the hierarchy, you could replace the TOC 1 with Heading 1 and TOC 2 with Heading 2 before sending to Powerpoint.

Another alternative is to create a macro that performs the task.
