I have been using the online version of Visio 365(NOT desktop), and was able to save my drawing as an image(i.e, .png). However, I try multiple times today, and click on Download, but there is NOTHING happening when I do so. As mentioned, prior to today, I was able to save as *.png.

Does anyone have any suggestions as how to proceed to make this happen? It is imperative that I save these drawings as they are part of a larger Word document.
