Hi all. A mail merge document was set in a user defined paper size of 6.5" x 8.5" (half page of a long bond paper). The Preview Results show all the 81 records but when they were sent to the printer, the 2nd, 4th, 6th , 8th..... records were not printed. I've searched for possible reasons but couldn't find anything helpful. I tried next record but the merged document skipped records. I ended up with manually sending 1 record to the printer until the 81 records were printed instead of clicking "All".
Any solution please? Thank you.
