Default Installed Office 16 for Mac OS; no longer prints duplex or offers option; Office 11 printed duplex
Same problem as first post. I installed Office 16 for Mac OS and no longer prints duplex or offers option; Office 11 printed duplex; uninstalled and reinstalled printer and didn't work; uninstalled printer and downloaded and installed latest drives and still didn't work; Suggestions?
