I am performing my first mail merge and I have hit a problem.

I have my list in excel

I have my mail merge all set up and working no problem except for one.

My list is thousands long and I only want the merge to take the first 100 entries. It is taking 100 entries but from a list of thousands randomly, not the top 100 entries as sorted.

This is no good to me as I need to know which address have already been used in the future.

To Recap, when I ask it to do 100 mail merges I want it to take the first 100 entries not 100 random entries.
