Default Receiving scam emails from "myself" look at description:

Hello, it's the second time I receive a scam from "myself". Someone is managing to send a "note to self" in my email. When I actually changed my password and all my devices are avast premium protected.
So now comes the questions:
Is outlook voluntary selling my info or giving free access for scamers to email me while not using any emails but mine?
Or is someone from outlook scamming people without any of you knowing.
Both cases I blame you and Microsoft for letting such a thing happen. We are in 2020 and we now get scame from "yourself".
I m really upset because I know gmail doesn,t have to deal with this. Meaning there is a leak somewhere and i really hope this thread will make you realise that there is.

Also i wished to know where an email was sent. But that wont happen. But if I knew I would go to that person. With the police to arrest who ever is on that computer scamming people.
