I went back and downloaded your entire book.
Word is locked up half an hour trying to open it. I am going to let it work on it overnight while I go to sleep.
Note: I have 32 Gb of RAM and the document is on my SSD drive.



Converted documents are ALWAYS difficult to edit.

I suspect that it is so messed up that the steps I recommended previously will be needed to even start doing anything with it.
