Cannot Access Email in MS 365 - Licensing Issue?
Purchased new computer and connected my Spectrum webmail to my Outlook account. Restarted the computer, but I'm still not receiving my email.
1) ran the MS Office & Recovery Assistant and received this error msg:
"You cannot use Office 365 mail with this Office 365 account. There aren't any licenses assigned to your Office 365 account. Talk to your Admin about assigning a license to your account for mail."
I don't know where to go from here. Of course at the moment the only way I can access my email is through webmail. Thank you.
