I have an Outlook macro that opens an email attachment in Word and parses it for info. It takes a while opening Word and running the macro. There is currently progress bar initiated in Outlook. When Word is initiated and the Word macro is run, the Outlook progress bar does not update until Word is done and we're back in the Outlook macro. Is there a way to update the Outlook progress bar from the Word macro?
