Changing the display language of Windows will not be a big Help, as I'm writing in more than one language.

Well, I am writing in more than one language as well. My suggestion, based on experience, is to set the most frequently used language as the
default proofing language in Word. That same language should also be the
display language in Windows 10. The connection between proofing and display is a bit peculiar, but it certainly improves the situation here.
If one and the same document contains more than language, using character styles will be efficient. These can be applied using keyboard shortcuts in Word.
In other words, there should be no need for macros.
