Default Formatting issues when printing to PDF

I am currently working with MS Office 2016 and Bluebeam Revu 2018.

When I print from a Word document to a PDF document, the formatting changes somehow. Page breaks are not in the same place and it's almost as if the font size is smaller in pdf than in Word.

So here's the kicker...

Our company uses a purchased font in our branding standards that is not part of the standard MS Office package. If I default back to standard fonts such as Arial or Verdana, I do not have this issue. In talking to Bluebeam on the issue, I was advised to navigate to Options > Show Document Content > and ensure that > Use fonts that are stored on the printer was selected. This did not help, and I have gotten no further assistance with the matter. I should also note, the same problem occurs with Adobe, so it is not just isolated to Bluebeam.

Below is a link to an example of how the screen appears in Word vs how it appears when printed to PDF.
