You've given nebulous reasons why unrecogizable errors occur. None of the reasons apply to me. I had checked autosave in my word document; it was on. I saved my work repeatedly. Your responses are cold and expected for partisans. I no longer trust word. I will have to use another word processor that doesn't destroy my work. You guys can circle the wagon all you want.
