I use Outlook 2016 as the user interface to my work Gmail account and recently encounter the max limit so my Outlook has stopped working, If I start a new Outlook file, it will fill up again as it syncs with my IMAP Gmail account. Is there a way for me to archive 80% of my Gmail where the IMAP sync only downloads the remaining 20% for example? Any suggestions for this issue? Thank you
