I did, and you're just trying to deny the obvious implication of what you're now denying you originally said.

You're also quite obviously determined to blame Microsoft for your obstinate refusal to accept what a clean install is and is not.

Deleting an unwanted Outlook pst file is simple for those who bother to find out where it's located. Clearly, you had not done that; otherwise there'd be no past emails for the new installation to find.
