Default Find nested quotes with wildcards

Hi guys! Please, consult me a bit. I need to change nested quotes and I want to find in my document all the cases in which there are two opening quotes in a row, without a closing quote between them.

So, I want to find cases like this:

Quote:
«Bla bla «Bla bla»
but not like this

Quote:
«Bla bla» «Bla bla»
My question is how to make it using wildcards? How to match any number of any characters except the one (» in my case)? Because if I write expression like this
Quote:
«([!»]{1,})«
it does not work. My Word even says that it is incorrect. Thanks a lot in advance!
