Try it here: Table Cell Color Keyboard Shortcuts
I updated it to include shortcuts for the rows.

The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+2,B means press Ctrl+2 followed by the letter "B." This lets you use two keys for 20 macros.

You can also just run the macros.

I rechecked the shortcuts before posting.

[EDIT: Yes, it is certainly possible to edit the Add-In to add your own colors, or to change the keyboard shortcuts. The vba is not locked. For custom colors, I recorded a macro changing the color and then used that color in the vba code. Note that the macros are set to not give an error message if the selection is not in a table. Note also, that if you run it in the wrong cell, Ctrl+Z will undo.]
