As far as I know, no settings have changed.

Ive looked at photos that were used from documents that havent been affected. The average goes up to 800 pixels by 500 pixels, some may be 900 pixels by 500 pixels.

I take captures from videos (as you can see in the video above). The screen is always the same size.

I went back and resized images that were too big.

I just dont know why it happened because it was saved and it was fine. I checked it because the purpose was to make into e-books
