It might be very confusing but… in Word 2007, if I place the insertion cursor next to the paragraph end mark associated with the Next Page Section Break on page 1 of that document, the Style toolbar on the Ribbon says “Heading 1”.
Note that the paragraph end mark associated with that Next Page Section Break cannot be removed on its own. It is an integral part of the Next Page Section Break. Removing that paragraph end mark also removes the Next Page Section Break.
