We use POL/PWA along with MS Project 2016. I am managing a large program with a Program level plan and 1o project plans as independent workstreams.
I am trying to link the Milesstone tasks in the Program level plan to the individula plans.

For example Program plan has a mileston of "Project 1 Complete requirements". Each Project plan has a Milestone to Complete requirements. I want to Link the The Program level Milestone to the Project Level milestone.

How can I do this without imbedding the Subprojects into the Program level project?
