Thanks for all that info guys. I got the paragraph breaks to appear and, of course, can manually delete them. But how would I go about deleting all of them? There will be tens of thousands I'll have to delete. I went to "find/replace" and "special" to replace paragraph character, but no luck. And I didn't find it in the links provided, although I could have overlooked it. Any ideas? Thanks.
