Next one week I will be asking few questions and pls guide. I have started to use the ms outlook and have some custom things I want to do.

1st is I would like to move about 3 months of particular mail to a new folder. Pls guide.

for example: emails with the subject - weekly defect and repair list; weekly oil and water report .

weekly defect list to a separate folder and weekly oil report to separate folder.
