Default Conditional formatting formula that highlights different values among two columns

Hi all. A table has columns A and B. Under A is a list of names. The same name may be repeated more than once. Column B contains a single information pertaining to each name in A.
A B
Mary Out of town
Mary Out of town
Mary Deceased
Abe Deceased
Abe Deceased
I need help in creating a formula in column B that would highlight an information about the name in A that is not the same with the first. Like in the third info about Mary, it is Deceased not Out of Town. The first info on Mary is Out of Town so the Conditional formatting should highlight Deceased.
Thank you.
