Yeah, I have seen those characters too during my professional life. They are just not intersted to augment their skills. Maybe you suggest to them to hold a class and teach them - to get them to at least part of your skill level.

Start convincing the management, then the morons will duck. Make the case that it is in the interest of the company to be more productive and efficient.
