Hi 99nasha,

Your document is completely corrupted - it seems there is nothing that can be recovered from it.

One way of recovering material from corrupt docx files is to change the extension to .zip and open the file with an application like WinZip and retrieve the document's individual xml files. I tried that but, sadly, WinZip reported that every one of the offset pointers to the embedded xml files was invalid.

You'll need to restore whatever earlier backup copy you have and recreate whatever edits you've made since then.
