Default How to filter Microsoft To Do list integration with Task List In Outlook

I like the integration of Microsoft To-Do list items with the Task List In Outlook. Nonetheless, the Outlook Task List shows every single list item when I pulled a number of lists from Wunderlist into Microsoft To-Do.
Is there an option to limit certain lists from MS To-do with their individual tasks to be filtered out from showing up in Outlook in the Task Lists?

I give you a scenario. There is a shopping list or a travel list in MS To-do were frequently items appear/disappear (shared list) or are there constantly, and I don't necessarily appreciate seeing these dozens of list items pup up constantly under Outlook Tasks together with my flagged emails or tasks pulled in from OneNote. There should a way in Outlook to limit what is being pulled in from MS To-do, or vice versa, there should be an option in MS To-Do what items/lists not to release to other apps such as Outlook.
