It has always been the case that when you create a document. The Author is the person associated with the application. You can edit or remove the Author from Word File > Info > Author. - or you can examine the document's properties more simply with Word Variables etc. Editor

The read all in plain text, I know. I am looking to select that option when viewing certain emails i.e., custom VBA coding.
Yes I know its always been the case. I just want something automatic, please check out my original post.
